Pre-Competitive
This program is designed for both boys and girls to prepare them to enter into the competitive stream. Assessments are done to determine if the pre-competitive program is appropriate. This structured program is designed to build strength, agility, flexibility and technique. The time commitment in this program ranges from 1-2 hours per week.
Competitive Artistic Gymnastics
This structured program is designed to build on more complex gymnastics skills and build strength, agility, flexibility and technique. There are specific technical skills required to compete at each level and all gymnasts will be assessed prior to placement in any level. These gymnasts will compete in Manitoba and may compete across Canada and the USA as well. The time commitment in this program is 4-20 hours per week.
Competitive Gymnastics
Interclub
Our Stars program is designed for gymnasts who are ready to shine! This 2-hour-per-week interclub program is perfect for gymnasts who want to challenge themselves, connect with teammates, and experience the excitement of performing — all while having a blast!
Pre-competitive
This program is for boys and girls with the goal of moving up into our competitive program in the coming years! Gymnasts will build strength, agility, flexibility and technique. The time commitment in this program ranges from 1-2 hours per week.
Xcel & Developmental
Designed for girls and boys to build on more complex gymnastics skills and build strength, agility, flexibility and technique. Gymnasts in our 10- and 12- month competitive program will compete in multiple competitions throughout the year! The time commitment in this program is 4-20 hours per week.
