Tumbling 1 is designed for beginner athletes who have mastered basic tumbling fundamentals and are ready to progress to more challenging skills. In this class, athletes will focus on learning and improving the following key skills: Front Walkover, Back Walkover, Back Extension, Round Off, Assisted Back Handspring
