Overview

This recreational program is designed to introduce gymnastics to both boys and girls in a fun and encouraging environment. The goal is to build basic fundamental gymnastics skills.

Classes are 40 minutes long.

Parent-assisted Mini Spartans 1

Parent-assisted artistic gymnastics class for ages 18 months to 3 years
40 min, weekly
Our youngest gymnasts get to explore the gym and practice gross motor skills in a safe environment. Coaches will guide parents and toddlers through circuits on the vault, bars, balance beam, floor, and of course the tumble track (trampoline)!

Mini Spartans 2&3

Children must be able to follow the class without a parent in the gym

Co-ed classes introducing preschoolers to basic gymnastics skills in a safe and supportive environment
40 min, weekly
Gymnasts will practice their skills on the vault, bars, balance beam, floor, and tumble track (trampoline)!

Mini Boys

Ages 3-5 years (Independent)

Children must be able to follow the class without a parent in the gym.

Artistic gymnastics class for boys ages 3-5
40 min, weekly
Gymnasts will be introduced to basic elements on the men’s artistic gymnastics events, parallel bars, pommel horse, rings, high bar, floor, vault, and tumble track (trampoline).

Cheer 1

Recreational cheer classes designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of cheerleading in a fun, supportive, and low pressure environment
60 min, weekly
Little cheerleaders will learn skill development, teamwork, confidence, and fitness while having fun!

Ages 4-6

FUNDING

There is funding available through KidSport, MGA and Chance 2 Grow for any of our classes for those that qualify.

Choose a term or keep your spot all year. Once you register you will automatically keep your spot for future terms for the entire year.

Full year is September 8th 2026 to June 13th 2027. There are 5 terms within the year
– Term 1 Sep 8 – Nov 1
– Term 2 Nov 2 – Dec 20
– Term 3 Jan 4 – Feb 28
– Term 4 March 1 – May 2
– Term 5 May 3 – June 13

If you want to withdraw after a term you must email the office to notify of your withdrawal prior to the payment due date for the next term.

Fees

Term 1: Sept 8th – Nov 1st
Cost $232, due September 1st

Term 2: Nov 2nd – Dec 20th
Cost $203, due November 1st

Term 3: Jan 4th – Feb 28th
Cost $232, due January 1st

Term 4: March 1 – May 2nd
Cost $232, due March1st

Term 5: May 3rd– June 13th
Cost $174, due May 1st

All students will be charged a $50 Manitoba Gymnastics Insurance fee upon registration.

WITHDRAWALS
You can choose to withdraw at the end of term 1, 2, 3 or 4. You must provide withdrawal notice prior to the next term starting. Once the term starts there will be no refunds other than for medical reasons. When you register you are registering for the full year.

There are no group or sibling discounts for any recreational, pre-competitive or competitive classes

Funding is available through KidSport for any of our classes for those that qualify.

Recreational Class Attire

Bodysuit or athletic tights/shorts & shirt. Please ensure the shirt doesn’t flip over your child’s head when upside down.
No shoes. No socks required, just bare feet!
Hair must be pulled back in a ponytail and out of your child’s eyes.
For safety reasons please ensure your child is not wearing any jewelry. Stud earrings are fine.
Labelled water bottle.
There is no food, gum or drinks other than water allowed in the gym.
Parents will only be allowed into the gym for the Mini 1 Parent assisted class.
